October 12, 2021 Club Forum Notes
Director's Meeting (October 11) update:
The Strategic Plan has been updated and will be circulated to members. The directors signed off an annual work plan to support the overarching Strategic Plan.
Charitable Trust: Four trustees have been appointed. Chairman Richard, Stephen, Peter and Owen. Donations will be on hold until they meet.
Director / Finance / H&S reports.
New District 9999:
The constitution and structure information will be circulated with voting to take place in November.
The structure of the board is to be DG/DGE/PDG plus seven elected members.
This will be included as an agenda topic for our club's November forum.
Membership forum (October 12):
Thank you to the members who attended our club forum on Tuesday. There was a good discussion and a goal for new members by June 2022 was proposed.
A list of prospective members was started which Membership Director Ria will co-ordinate.
To align with Rotary International persident's Shekhar Mehta's membership growth initiative of "Each One Bring One" we are asking all our members to bring someone to a meeting, introduce someone to Rotary or give a Director or another member a name to contact.

District query:
The district is wishing to compile a database of trained Rotary Leadership Institute facilitators.
If you have completed the RLI Facilitator Training course in the past, please confirm to President Lisa so we can communicate this as required.
