Changeover is when the Club “changes over” to new leadership — the moment we look back on the year that’s been and welcome the President who will guide us into the new Rotary year.
Nineteen months ago, Past President Chami passed the presidential chains to President Michael, and now it’s time for the next transition.
President Michael will hand over the chains to Past Presidents Helen McCurdy and Richard Russell, who will be sharing the leadership for the coming Rotary year.
This Changeover tradition symbolises the handover of responsibility and the start of new leadership.
An invitation to the 2026 Changeover celebration has been sent to all members.
The event will be held on Tuesday, 23 June from 5.30pm to 7.30pm, and RSVPs are needed by 19 June.
Changeover is a great reminder that while our leaders change, our purpose stays the same -Service Above Self.
