The Cancer Society has reached out to ask us for support once again for their annual fundraising appeal - Daffodil Day - Friday 28th August 2026.
We have proudly supported with this appeal in recent years with the co-ordination of volunteers to sell daffodils outside Ascot 4 Square, Tay Street, on a roster basis across the day from 8am to 6pm.
Funds raised will help cancer patients and their whānau / families get the care and practical support they need; from crucial help getting to treatment via the free driving service, through to specialist nursing and psychology support, and accommodation for those needing life-saving treatment far from home.

Members maybe rostered together or if you have a friend, work colleague or family member that would be interested to support the Cancer Soicety ask them to join you.
