Do you know a young leader in our community ?
Our club is looking for nominations to sponsor a future community leader to attend.
RYLA is a leadership recognition programme to develop skills to become the leaders of tomorrow
The RYLA Leadership Programme is a transformative experience designed to develop leadership, self-awareness, and a sense of community in young people. It’s not just about learning leadership — it’s about living it. Participants are immersed in a dynamic, supportive environment where they are challenged, inspired, and empowered.
The RYLA programme is designed to inspire personal growth, encourage initiative, and build self-responsibility, all within an environment that values self-reflection, teamwork, and a commitment to excellence.
RYLA is for aspiring leaders who already demonstrates leadership potential, or those already in leadership roles. We seek candidates who exhibit initiative and personal accountability, with a readiness to fully engage in the programme | A growth mindset and a genuine openness to learning and self-development | A strong interest in community service and making a positive impact.
