You are invited to the brand-new event on the Rotary Club of Invercargill social calendar: Oktoberfest 2025
A purely social gathering — no fundraising, just food, fellowship, and a dash of Bavarian flair with more than just beer to choose from.

📍 Venue: Invercargill Army Centre Hall (Corner of Fox Street & Arena Avenue)
🫕 BYO BBQ Dinner
Bring your favourite BBQ food or how about something Oktoberfest inspired to share — the BBQ will be fired up to kick off at 6:00 PM.
🍻 Optional Beer Tasting Experience
At 7:30 PM, join in on the curated beer tasting session for just $20 per person. This add-on is required to be purchased when booking your ticket.
👨👩👧 Family-Friendly (Until 9 PM)
Children are welcome until 9:00 PM, after which the event transitions to adults-only. Supper will be served at 10:30 PM.

🎭 Dress Code & Theme
The Event Committee will be in Oktoberfest attire - Costumes are encouraged but not compulsory.
