Do you know a young leader in our community ?
The Rotary Club of Invercargill is looking for nominations to sponsor a future community leader to attend the 2027 Programme.
RYLA is a leadership recognition programme to develop skills to become the leaders of tomorrow
The Programme is a transformative experience designed to develop leadership, self-awareness, and a sense of community in young people. It’s not just about learning leadership — it’s about living it. Participants are immersed in a dynamic, supportive environment where they are challenged, inspired, and empowered. There are two locations and age group options.
Age: 20-30 years
Age: 18-25 years
To take part, individuals can apply personally or be nominated via a Rotary Club.
The programme recognises, encourages and educates current and future leaders through seminars, activities, group discussions and interactions with other like-minded young leaders, from all walks of life. For many, the RYLA Programme is life changing.
