Come and support this exciting new addition to the Club’s social calendar — Oktoberfest 2025, proudly put together by our newest Club members!
It’s a celebration of community, camaraderie, and a touch of Bavarian charm — no fundraising, just pure fun and fellowship.
Everyone is welcomed to come along and join in, so grab some friends, family or workmates and make this a fun way to catch up.
📅 Date: Saturday, 11 October 2025
🕟 Time: From 4:30 PM
📍 Venue: Invercargill Army Centre Hall (Corner of Fox Street & Arena Avenue)
🍽️ BYO BBQ Dinner
Bring your favourite BBQ dish or something Oktoberfest-inspired to share. The BBQ will be fired up and ready on-site, with dinner kicking off at 6:00 PM.
🍺 Optional Beer Tasting Experience
At 7:30 PM, enjoy a curated beer tasting session for just $20 per person. This is an optional add-on can be purchased when booking your ticket.
👨👩👧 Family-Friendly Until 9 PM
Children are welcome until 9:00 PM, after which the event transitions to adults-only. Supper will be served at 10:30 PM.
🎭 Dress Code & Theme
The Event Committee will be in Oktoberfest attire — costumes are encouraged but not compulsory. Need ideas?

- Includes venue hire donation, themed decorations, and supper
