Oktoberfest 2025 -
Organised and co-ordinated by our Club's newest members, Oktoberfest 2025, is set to be a fun night.
A purely social gathering — no fundraising, just food, fellowship, and a dash of Bavarian flair with more than just beer to choose from.
Everyone is welcomed to come along and join in, so grab some friends, family or workmates and make this a fun way to catch up and support our new members with making this inaugural event a success.

🍽️ BYO BBQ Dinner
Bring your favourite BBQ dish or something Oktoberfest-inspired to share. The BBQ will be fired up and ready on-site, with dinner kicking off at 6:00 PM.
🍺 Optional Beer Tasting Experience
At 7:30 PM, enjoy a curated beer tasting session for just $20 per person. This is an optional add-on can be purchased when booking your ticket.
👨👩👧 Family-Friendly Until 9 PM
Children are welcome until 9:00 PM, after which the event transitions to adults-only. Supper will be served at 10:30 PM.
🎭 Dress Code & Theme
The Event Committee will be in Oktoberfest attire — costumes are encouraged but not compulsory. Need ideas?

- Includes venue hire donation, themed decorations, and supper
- Beer tasting: Optional $20 per person
- Cash sales only – tickets are non-refundable but transferable
