Boxes are ready for the donations to go to Family Works.
Little elf helpers have wrapped the hamper boxes so now we just need non-perishable donations to fill the boxes.
Hamper boxes go to selected families who need some extra support at Christmas. Recipient families are selected by Family Works - Presbyterian Support Southland (PSS).
Donations can be food or vouchers or other items that are new like toiletries etc.
Hamper donations can be brought along to the 9th December meeting
or can be dropped off to Chami's office at Great South.
The Rotary Club of Invercargill has had a long standing community partnership with Presbyterian Support Southland (PSS).
Each year for many years the Club has dropped off Christmas hampers to Family Works to go to selected families who need some extra support at Christmas.
The Club has also sponsored tickets annually that go to families selected by Family Works to attend KidZone.
Family Works is an initiative of Presbyterian Support Southland, which is a charitable trust working on behalf of the community supporting thousands of people.
