Host a Roast - fundraising with food & fellowship
On Sunday, August 31st, members, partners and fellow Riverton Rotarians gathered for the 4th annual Host a Roast — bringing together food, fellowship, and fundraising in support of the Ronald McDonald Family Room at Southland Hospital.
Each guest attending the roast meal contributes $30, as a direct donation to the Family Room. It’s more than just a meal—it’s a meaningful way to help families stay close to their children during a hospital stay.
The Ronald McDonald Family Room is an extension of Southland Hospital, connected to the Children’s and Neonatal wards. It offers families a peaceful space to rest and regroup, just moments away from their little ones. With four overnight bedrooms allocated based on need, the Family Room provides a true home away from home during difficult times.
