Notes from 12th May Club forum
In-person Meetings
Discussion on the return to in-person meetings.
Proposed the first In-Person meeting (subject to official directives) be on 16th June Location to be confirmed.
Directors are reviewing venue options to ensure we can get distance for those members who would like it.
Guest Speaker committee working on a 'panel' of speakers for this meeting.
Changeover
Changeover Date was scheduled for the 23rd June.
President Ria & Incoming President Kieran M are finalizing the plan for changeover but the early indication is it will be a different format this year for handing over the 'chains'.
Likely to be a celebration of what we have achieved 'so far' at a later date.
More details will follow on this.
Start of Month Drinks
Start of Month Drinks have been held on 1st Friday of the Month for past 12 months - discussed and agreed this would change to the 1st Thursday of each month - with the next drinks being scheduled for Thursday 4th June.
