John Prendergast responded to queries regarding the proposal:
No direct cost savings to club are expected
District / RI Levy(s) are not expected to decrease with amalgamation
Payment via phone / internet banking / online at meetings
Option of paying via internet / online banking at reception of a meeting now available
Online Payment reference needs to be given to member on reception to record on reception form
Payment by cheque and cash at meetings still all ok

Changes to duty roster
Members no showing for tasks as allocated / rostered discussed
Discussion on Grace - agreed to remain but to now include Fellowship task so new combined task will be Grace (Thanks) + Parting Thought + Fellowship
Introducing & Thanking Speaker to be combined to same person doing
Weekly letter changed to Monthly April 2019 - rostered 1st week meeting of new month
Letters as rostered / not received will be followed up for publishing in coming months
Proposed that Directors would do a Report / Update on their Directorship as rostered providing 6 letters for the year and giving members an update on Director's activities
Members also welcome to supply a letter on a topic if they wished to for publishing
New combined duties proposed to take effect from 7th April
Exchange Student hosting
Urgent plea for anyone who maybe able to assist with hosting to contact Stephen
Yoli (16) is from Chile – Yoli has been invited to an upcoming meeting to meet everyone
Please note: there is no requirement to have similar aged children to host
Pick Up Service
Group of members agreed to work together as / when required to provide transport for any members who may require for meetings
Stuart Collie is to co-ordinate / be the point of contact for this

4th week of the month we have a social meeting – sometimes is / has been a coffee meeting but can be anything – the upcoming dates / weeks we are looking for a social activity are:
28th April is the 4th Tuesday – but can be any day that week
26th May is the 4th Tuesday – but can be any day that week
