Our new puppy ate it.
My daughter put it on TradeMe. I tried to get it back, but I wasn't the highest bidder.
My son folded it into a paper airplane, and now I can't get to it without a ticket and two forms if identification!
I did do it, but I closed my notebook before I could save my work. When I reopened it, it was all gone.
I couldn't do the Weekly Comment because my computer has a virus and so do all my pencils and pens!
NOTICES
Rotary Driver Awareness:
1 (only 1 person) volunteer required for the 16th and 17th of May at the Stadium. Please urgently advise President Richard if you can do this!
Coffee:
Following on from the discussion at Tuesday's meeting, Alfred Wilson is hosting members at EAT Cafe, 10am Thursday for people who are interested to further discuss the future of the club. Just turn up if you're free.
Rotary House:
As you are all aware the six Rotary clubs in Invercargill have joined together to build a house to auction at a profit and raise money for the Breathing Space Trust. The house is underway at 154 Paterson Street Waikiwi.
Anyone who can assist on these days please let Ross Wensley know asap. You don't have to have experience at these tasks to help.
Wednesday 10 May – Help with digging plumbing trenches and possibly laying of pipes. All rotary members (retirees and others) who can help on this day would be very appreciative as the plumbing needs to be done before we can lay steel etc.
Thursday 11 May - Steel tying, laying DPC and cutting timber. The steel tying is not at all physical but more just tying wire around steel meshing so members who are retirees can do this no problem.
Friday 12 May - Steel tying, laying DPC and cutting timber.
Saturday 13 May - Cutting timber to lengths and other supportive tasks.
Monday 15 May – Possibly laying concrete.
