Following the change in the limit for gatherings being lifted to 100 people on Friday 29th May. The Directors have reviewed meetings and are pleased to confirm our return to 'in person' meetings - starting with a change to the 2nd June meeting which will now be 'in person'. The Directors recognise the importance that everyone keeps playing it safe. We will be providing details of those attending to the venue to meet contact tracing requirements and expect the venue to be asking everyone to practice good hygiene & providing sanitiser. We have requested the venue to offer more space than previously with our 'in person' meetings and we are asking members to respect physical distancing protcols are still recommended.

Farewell
Alan & Gaye McElroy are moving North - Tuesday 2nd June will be Alan's last formal Club meeting as a resident of Invercargill.
Car-parking for Tuesday 2nd June
Members can park in H & J Smith Carpark and a voucher will be available at the meeting.
Monthly Drinks
As previously advised, Monthly Drinks have been changed to a Thursday [first Thursday of each month]. June drinks are on this week - Thursday 4th June, hosted by Tom & Rose - Victoria Railway Hotel. Pay for your own drinks, Tom & Rose will provide nibbles, and if you would like to stay on for a meal - the restaurant will be open.
Pick Up Service
Don't forget - if transport / a ride to a meeting is required for any members - it is only a phone call away. Stuart Collie is the co-ordinator / point of contact for this.
Meeting Duties:
As agreed at the Club Forum 11/3/20 some of the duties were combined to reduce the number of members required for duties at a meeting.
Roster will return to 4 weekly basis - if you are not available for a duty / date - please arrange for another member to do for you and let the President know before the meeting.
