President Lisa-Maree and fellow judges Eric Roy and Dave McKissock had the difficult task of declaring the winner.
Angus will represent the Invercargill area at the District Speech Competition with his compelling speech topic that reflected and intertwined the Rotary 4 Way test.
Our club contributed $50 to the Invercargill winners prize. The District Competition top prize is $1000.
