Jackie Flutey

Heamana/CEO Community Trust South. 

Jackie has a range of management experience in the grantmaking and tertiary education sectors; she joined Community Trust South in early 2018, having previously worked as the Manager of the ILT Foundation and for 17 years in a variety of roles at Southern Institute of Technology.  Jackie has a commitment to fostering relationships and partnerships with other funders and the community.

This replaces our club forum day as we will be undertaking hands-on service, supporting our involvement with the Santa Parade.   

Each year the Santa Parade floats are given a final check over & clean to ensure they are looking their best for parade day, (Parade Day is 25 November). 

Tasks may include cleaning, painting or other general parade prep so please dress accordingly.

The float workshop is at CP Wool Store, 815 North Rd.

There is an informal fish and chip tea following the working bee. RSVPs are required to assist with catering. 

Robert Todd is a Director of Valuation & Advisory Services at CBRE.

Based in Southland, Robert’s experience as a senior valuer is wide and varied, including commercial, industrial, along with residential and lifestyle property.

In addition, he has experience with forestry valuations.

Robert regularly completes valuations for audit, financial reporting, mortgage security, rental and insurance purposes.

Jim loves getting stuck into the design, development and rapid deployment of new technology that adds value and provides strategic opportunities for their partners. Experienced across a range of sectors including electricity, finance, and primary industries where Digital Stock maintain core business systems for large entities, and public-facing digital experiences used by tens of thousands of people per day.

Jim is a believer in the creation of technology that provides meaningful progress to the betterment of society.

A cash bar will be operating before lunch for those wishing to purchase a beverage.

We will have Christmas carols and songs and some festive cheer! Please feel free to bring your partner and/or friends to this final meeting.

Complimentry parking by way of voucher is included in the cost at  H&J Smith car park.
